My experience includes working with local buyers as well as many out of state clients.  I have a flexible schedule, making myself available to view properties at the convenience of you the buyer.  I will listen to your needs and view properties that meet your criteria.  I will gather area information and work to help you find the property best suited for your needs at the best market price.  If needed, I can provide a list of title companies, lenders, inspectors and home service contract companies.  I will prepare property offers and negotiate on your behalf.
