Mid-spring 2008, my wife and I learned that we would have to quickly sell our house and relocate from Austin to the Northwest. We were very concerned about the state of the real estate market, our ability to sell our home in timely fashion, and how to get the best and fairest sales price for our home. Because he is a real estate broker, as opposed to an agent working for a broker, he has expert knowledge and was uniquely focused on our needs. Literally, 48 hours later and about eight showings of the home on Monday and Tuesday, we received three offers…at or above list price.
